Website terms

Effective October 7, 2026

Website scope

Omega Prospect currently collects contractor acquisition profiles, publisher inquiries, homeowner project interest and contact requests. Its initial focus is concrete, landscaping, masonry, roofing and painting in Washington and Oregon.

Submitting is free and does not place an order

Submitting a form does not create a purchase, paid subscription, inventory reservation, exclusive allocation, contractor introduction or obligation to buy. Prices, qualification standards, delivery, permitted use, exclusivity, billing and replacement or refund terms must be agreed separately before a paid pilot.

Examples and results

Example projects, scores and delivery emails are illustrative. They do not represent available inventory or verified customers. An inquiry is not a guaranteed appointment, job, revenue or result. Website descriptions of verification explain a proposed review process; they do not certify a contractor or guarantee that an opportunity meets your requirements.

Appropriate use

Provide accurate information and submit only details you have permission to share. Do not upload customer databases or sensitive personal information, impersonate another business, send spam, interfere with the site or attempt to access another person’s records. A publisher must establish valid source and downstream-use permissions before any lead delivery arrangement.

Ask Omega and availability

Ask Omega provides general onboarding information and may use guided or AI-generated responses. Confirm important details with Omega before relying on them. It does not provide legal advice or form a sales agreement. Features and availability may change, and access may be restricted to address abuse or maintenance.

Project inquiries and contractors

Homeowner submissions currently record project interest for review. We do not promise matching or provider availability. Any future introduction does not itself verify licensing, insurance or workmanship; project scope, contractor selection and work contracts are agreed separately.

Contact and privacy

Questions, account issues and privacy requests can be sent to oleg@omegaprospect.com. Information handling is described in our Privacy notice.
