Who handles your information

Omega Prospect is the customer acquisition website operated by Oleg Onofriychuk. For privacy questions or requests, email oleg@omegaprospect.com.

Information we collect

We collect details you choose to submit: your name, business and contact information, services, territory, job preferences, capacity, pricing preferences, project descriptions and other form answers. We also store Ask Omega messages and replies, your submission reference, timestamps and your consent to storing and responding to your inquiry. Our operator may record publicly listed business contact details and their source when researching prospective contractors.

How we use it

We use this information to review inquiries, understand buyer and publisher requirements, discuss potential pilots, respond to you and manage follow-up. Submission does not authorize selling or distributing homeowner information. Customer introductions and lead delivery require a separate agreement and appropriate permissions. We do not currently sell submitted information or share it with contractors for marketing through this site.

Service providers and Ask Omega

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to process and store information. Authorized operators can access records through a protected workspace. Ask Omega offers guided replies when no AI connection is configured. When marked as AI, your messages, recent conversation history and relevant business preferences are processed by OpenAI to generate a customized response. Optional operator email notifications use Resend when configured; they contain the inquiry type and reference, rather than the complete profile. We may disclose information when legally required or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Security, cookies and advertising

We use HTTPS, restricted operator access and request validation. For abuse prevention, the application keeps short-lived hashed request counters; it does not store raw IP addresses in those counters. Our hosting providers may process connection logs and use essential authentication or security cookies. This site currently has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics tags or marketing cookies configured. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We keep records while needed to review inquiries, manage business relationships and meet legitimate legal or operational needs. Retention and deletion are currently handled by the operator rather than an automatic deletion schedule. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing oleg@omegaprospect.com. Include your submission reference if available; we may verify your identity before acting. Necessary legal records and a minimal do-not-contact record may need to be retained.

What to leave out

This service is intended for adults. Do not submit payment card details, government identifiers, health information or customer lead databases. A publisher inquiry should describe sourcing capabilities without uploading individual customer records.

Changes

We will update this notice and its effective date when our practices change. Review it before submitting new information.
